Evoque 24 provides supported living to Young Adults 16-25 years in modern homely surroundings that fit seamlessly around you. Our support is uniquely tailored to individuals and provides rewarding relationships that will enhance your independence and confidence. We support young adults gain more control over their lives, encourage them to be more confident and happy to make their own decisions. We encourage them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, be it returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friends.

What we do
Evoque 24 supports people on their pathways to independence. Through quality support and housing, we equip young people with the confidence, life skills and self-esteem they need to live independently. We support young people to overcome obstacles, maximise their potential and fulfil their purpose. We aim to help young people transition to independent living within their community.
